Personal information – Act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties

The website of the Foudation des Treilles includes for each guest the following information: Name, affiliation, awards or membership in a particular institution, title of the paper presented at his coming. In addition, the review of each seminar is illustrated by a photo of the group, each participant linked to the above information.

Under the Act n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, amended in 2004 (Articles 39 and 40), guests have a right to access, rectify, modify and delete their personal data.
