For the application of its deliberation of the prize awarded to authors and creators by way of competition, the board of directors constituted a jury. Since January 2021 it has been composed as follows:
- Philippe Raynaud, Professor at the University of Paris 2, member of the Institut Universitaire de France, Vice-President of the Fondation des Treilles, President of the jury
- Claude Habib, professor of literature at the University of Paris III – Sorbonne nouvelle (Department of French and Latin Literature and Linguistics),
- Marc Hersant, professor of literature at the University of Paris III – Sorbonne nouvelle, member of the scientific council of the Fondation des Treilles
- Pierre Jourde, writer, literary critic
- Carole Martinez, writer,
- Emmanuel Ruben, writer
- Carole Talon-Hugon, professor at the Philosophy Department of the Paris-Est Créteil University
The decisions of the jury are taken by a majority of the votes cast. In the event of a tied vote, that of the president is decisive.
